AI Agents
Software that takes the next step on its own, inside your tools and within limits you set, and asks a person when it should.
AI agents are systems that decide their next action: which tool to call, what to read, when to stop and when to ask. Built well, an agent does the routine work end to end and hands everything else to a person with the case already written up. We build every one with explicit permissions, written policy, evaluation before every release and a full trace of every decision it makes.
Dispatch a task. Hover or tap a tool to take it offline and watch the route re-plan.

How we test it
Before release, every agent runs a scenario suite written with the people who do the work today: routine cases, edge cases and cases it must refuse. We score task completion, policy adherence, tool-call correctness and the quality of each hand-off, and a release that scores worse does not ship.
